Many organizations have sustainability ambitions. But the step from ambition to real implementation remains difficult. The Future-Fit Accelerator helps you close that gap — in 12 months, with your own team, guided by experts. Together with Impact Centre Erasmus, Rotterdam School of Management and Change Inc., we investigated the state of the sustainable transition in the Netherlands, and how organisations score themselves. The results confirm the need to become Future-Fit as an organization. To make sustainability strategic, collaborate in ecosystems and invest in internal change agents. See below for the one-pager:

For whom?
Medium-sized and large organizations that want to link sustainability to strategy, competitiveness and long-term value creation.
How it works
The program starts with a company scan that maps out your current position. Based on this, we draw up a concrete transformation plan together. You then work on the implementation for 12 months — via two tracks: an in-company track with your own team and a share & learn track with all participating organizations. You put together an internal accelerator team of five senior professionals who work as change agents. A C-level ambassador sponsors the programme and participates in selected sessions. Six months after completion, we measure progress with a second company scan.
What you’ll get
Insight into where your organization stands. A concrete transformation plan. Five internal change agents to drive the transformation. And access to scientific knowledge and best practices from like-minded organizations.
“There are three major barriers to change: lack of direction, lack of capabilities, and lack of motivation.” — Prof. Karen Maas, Impact Centre Erasmus
The program is facilitated by TOSCA and the Impact Centre Erasmus, with Prof. Karen Maas and Prof. Rob van Tulder, and is supported by UN Global Compact Netherlands.
