How it works
The programme starts with a business scan that maps your organisation's current position. From there, we develop a concrete transformation plan together. Over the following 12 months, you work on execution — through two tracks: an in-company track with your own team, and a share & learn track with all participating organisations. You assemble an internal accelerator team of five senior professionals who act as change agents. A C-level ambassador sponsors the trajectory and participates in selected sessions. Six months after the programme ends, we measure progress with a second business scan.
