I am convinced that organisations can only be successful in the long term if on balance they are making a positive contribution to society. With my experience as an adviser, accountant, director and supervisor I want to contribute to the transition towards a sustainable society. Everybody can make their own contribution. No matter how small the pebble is that you throw in the pond, together we can make a giant wave.
By bringing together my background in marketing & strategy with sustainability I want to help organisations to make REAL impact on their way towards a green, open and inclusive economy. I am convinced that companies can only be and remain successful if they look at all three pillars of sustainability: so not just the economic pillar, but certainly also the social dimension, and taking care of our planet.
Defining, implementing and communicating a sustainability policy together with a company: this is what I like to do! With a unique and personal story that you, as an employee of a company, can be proud of. With concrete goals and results. And beautifully designed. Preferably on 1 A4. This makes it clear to employees, customers and other stakeholders where you stand as an organization and where you want to go. That works very well, I know this from my 15 years of experience as a sustainability consultant.
The motto I can identify with is 'Do not harm Do good'. Based on the essence that I like to see organizations realize positive impact, more than just managing 'less negative effects'. To achieve organization-wide improvement, I like to work in teams. And by asking the right questions, I support organizations in gaining insight and overview. I am looking for an instrument that fits the working method, business operations and the level of ambition. With my experience as a consultant and auditor, I ensure that the insights obtained are converted into plans and actions.
Solving societal issues is only possible if everyone participates. Through my experience as a CSR manager and sustainability consultant, I know what it takes to develop sustainable and responsible business operations, how to involve employees and what opportunities there are to make a positive impact. My expertise lies in strategy and implementation, policy development and governance, materiality analyses, impact/sustainability reporting and the development of social programmes.
Sustainable business stimulates positive change - for society and for a specific organization. For me, this always starts from focus on the most important (material) topics and a connection between people, organizations and knowledge. It is my passion to teach companies to look more broadly, to bring the right focus, and then to steer towards impact.
As an ESG advisor, I guide companies in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, ESG reporting, and solving ESG issues. My background as a procurement director has always given me a particular focus on the supply chain responsibilities of companies. Collaboration is an essential condition for corporate social responsibility. I am motivated to play a proactive role together with companies in the sustainability transition.
In a practical manner, I support organizations in Human Resources and Office Management. My goal is to create long-term value for the team. At TOSCA, I aim to contribute to the further professionalization of our internal operations, enabling the team to focus on making a significant impact with our clients.
